TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  mochibuddies Colouring Workshop & Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Contest IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF Singapore only.

2.  Person Eligible to Participate

(i) It is open to everyone, who are residents of a country in Singapore for the duration of the Contest.

(ii) The Contest is only open for the time period as expressly stated by mochibuddies (“Contest Period”).

3.  HOW TO ENTER

3.1  You may enter the Contest by joining our Colouring Workshop at 新生活文创市集 Sing Life Collective Market 2022, and posting your finished artwork on Instagram, tagging @mochibuddies & @sing_life_collective_market. Book a slot with us to secure a spot for the Colouring Workshop.

3.2  Only one entry per person is permitted.

3.3  In order to be eligible for the prize, entries must be made no later than 2359 Hours on 5 June 2022. All entries thereafter will not be acknowledged.

3.4  You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and veracity of any material and/or information that you provide and you shall undertake that any material you provide, does not infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets. You also agree that by submitting an entry for the Contest, you surrender your intellectual property rights, copyrights and any other rights you may have in and to the material and/or information submitted and further agree that mochibuddies at its sole discretion is entitled to use the material and/or information for any purpose and in any manner it deems fit.

4.  PRIZE DETAILS

Each participant stands a chance to win a wearable face mask, keychain & a sticker pack. mochibuddies expressly reserves all rights to replace or substitute any stated prizes with other prizes of generally similar value in the event of any prize unavailability. All such prizes are strictly not refundable nor transferable. No cash alternatives or refunds will be offered in exchange, under any circumstances whatsoever. Winners hereby undertake to accept whatever prizes that may be offered by mochibuddies for its prize category. mochibuddies’s decision shall in all respects, be final.

5.  SELECTION OF WINNER(S)

5.1  Two (2) winner(s) will be selected randomly from all duly completed and eligible entries received, to be held on or about one (1) week following the close of the Contest Period.

5.2  All of mochibuddies’s decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible and correct entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by Instagram’s Direct Message at mochibuddies’s discretion within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. Winner(s) will strictly have seven (7) days from the date of notification to accept the prize by replying with details of their contact details and shipping information.

5.3  mochibuddies is not responsible whatsoever for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner(s). If selected winner(s) cannot be contacted, is/are ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration, consent and releases or other documents as may be required in a timely manner, alternative winner will be selected.

6.  CONDITIONS

6.1  mochibuddies expressly reserves the right at its sole discretion to forthwith disqualify any individual who acts as follows:

(i) violates any of these Terms and Conditions;

(ii) acts in an abusive, fraudulent or disruptive manner,

6.2  By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of mochibuddies, which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules. mochibuddies shall not under any circumstance be responsible for and shall not be liable for:

(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible entries;

(ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of mochibuddies that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;

(iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest;

mochibuddies reserves all rights in its sole discretion, to amend or modify the rules, make prize substitutions and/or cancel this Contest without any notice.

 7.  EXCLUSION OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Any person or party who is not an eligible entrant to the Contest referred to herein, shall have no rights whatsoever to enforce any term or provision (or any part thereof) of the Terms and Conditions herein.

8. FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM CONTEST

This Contest herein is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook and/or Instagram. By taking part in this Contest, you agree to release Facebook and/or Instagram from all liability whatsoever.

9.  USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

mochibuddies will collect participants personal information (including, but not limited to, your name, contact number, email address, voice and/or likeness) for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Contest and awarding of all and any prizes (including during the collection of prizes). All participants must consent to mochibuddies using personal information provided in connection with this Contest for such purposes.
